Each confirmed paid ticket or accepted free ticket receives one unique number. Capacity is checked on the server.
Verify
After reconciliation, the eligible pool is frozen, canonically ordered and SHA-256 hashed before a one-time draw.
No rerolls
Winner positions are selected without replacement. The original draw record remains immutable even if a later, separately audited replacement process is legally required.
